Cheese: I like to use a combination of easy melting cheeses like cheddar cheese, Gruyere, Monterey Jack, Muenster, Havarti, Gouda, or Mozzarella.Smoked Paprika: Adds some layer of flavor.Cayenne Pepper: This adds a tiny bit of spice, but not much.Salt: You will need salt for the pasta water, the sauce and the topping.Milk: Whole milk is going to give you a nice creamy texture.Butter: You want to use unsalted butter. ![]() ![]() Another pasta that would work is shells or rotini.
